Lusíadaenergia S.A., which operates in the domestic market under the brand Luzigás, is a Portuguese company, majority-owned by Gestmaja SGPS S.A.
The Gestmaja Group, which through company Maja – Construções SA, has been in the construction sector for more than 40 years, now also operates, through various other companies, in the infrastructure sector, public and private works, asphalts, real estate, construction and management of gas networks, real estate development, electricity and gas sales, among others.
Being directly and indirectly responsible for the maintenance of more than 400 projects, the Gestmaja Group has uninterruptedly produced positive results

throughout its existence, showing a healthy economic turnover and a remarkable potential for growth.
