Company LUSÍADAENERGIA S.A. (from here on in LUSÍADAENERGIA), NIPC no. 513.816.666, headquartered in Campilhos 8375-021 São Bartolomeu de Messines, Silves, has been operating in the domestic energy market since 2004 and, following the liberalisation of the sector, recently started commercialising electric energy and natural gas. It is the owner and manager of the LUZIGÁS website, www.luzigas.pt, whose purpose is to promote the commercial activity of LUSÍADAENERGIA with regards to its commercialisation and canvassing of new customers of electric energy and natural gas, but also for marketing purposes.
LUSÍADAENERGIA fully understands the commitment it is making to Clients and Users of the website when they provide their personal data for various purposes for which such data is necessary. LUSÍADAENERGIA is committed to protecting the privacy of the Customers and Users of the website. For this purpose a Privacy Policy has been drafted for the LUSÍADAENERGIA website, to make known the company’s respect for the laws regarding the privacy and protection of personal data that it handles in compliance with current legislation and good practices.

LUSÍADAENERGIA may use third parties for the provision of certain services, such as maintenance, technical support, commercial management or marketing, and these third parties may have access to some of the personal data, in particular, the data necessary for the indicated purposes.
LUSÍADAENERGIA ensures that third parties who have access to the data are credible and offer high guarantees of protection, never giving access to data beyond what is necessary to provide the contracted service. LUSÍADAENERGIA remains responsible for the processing of the personal data made available.
