WHERE CAN I CONTRACT LUZIGÁS?

WHAT IS CPE?

Its the delivery point code that identifies your electric installation. Its always the same, even if you change provider. This code can be found on your providers bill or by contacting the Distribution Network Operator through the number 808 100 100. If its a new installation contact directly the given contact.


WHO READS MY METER?

The current provider, your providing company. If you change to Luzigás, will still be in the same distributor, which will continue to read the meter like its currently doing.
If you rather, can also send us your readings whenever you wish to, so you can manage your consumptions more effectively.


CAN I HAVE MORE THAN ONE PROVIDING CONTRACT?

WHAT IS A PROVIDER?

A electricity provider company buys energy to a producing company and then sells it to the end user. The provider is also responsible for changes to the contract such as, ownership, hired power, etc.


WHICH IS THE BEST TARIFF FOR ME?

Good question! The client can choose between 4 electricity schedules: Simple, Bi-Hourly, Tri-Hourly and Four-hourly schedules. The difference between these schedules is based on the time of the day of when they are used. They can change based on chosen power and cycle.
From 1,15 kVA up to 20,7, your tariff can be simples. The BI-Hourly option is available between 3,45kVA and 20,7kVA. From 20,7kVA to 41,40kVA can be Tri-Hourly. For further necessities you can opt for a Four-Hourly schedule. To access more information about prices and tariffs click here.


WILL YOU CHANGE MY METER?

No, its cool! If you keep the same tariff (Simple/Bi-hourly/Tri-hourly/Four-hourly) nothing will be changed on the delivery point, the only change is regarding your provider. If you wish to change your schedule and the meter doesn't allow it, we will handle it and will be taken care by the distribution network agent.


WHAT IS CUI?

Its the universal installation code that identifies your gas installation. Its always the same no matter the provider. This code can be found with your current gas provider.
